Anyone want to tell me? Would be nice to know for the future.Its a rank 300 NPC but I want to know the lowest rank with 2k scan to see it. |

I believe it was Mysterion at rank 304. I planned to stay 300 til I saw it, but I've much better things to do instead now... |
