 Harvest Shield, is it worth it?

Post Harvest Shield, is it worth it?
My question is how does this arti mod work? I install it, i get 100 shield and 8% bonus for 1 hour? What the cool down time? The ultimate question is: is it worthy of 50 GP or should I wait for another limited item instead?

if you got nothing else to buy go for it...but yeah its a bit steep for a little shield +8%

how strongly can i say NO NO NO NO NO NO!
shield amp more then makes it a useless purchase.
Buy 2 QSEs and have a project planet. or be that much closer to your dyson or rift planets.
