Production needs to go up a lot, AP should be at least 1250, even if you are in a legion that gives out artifact points (the more, the better). MU really depends on how you are doing on funds, upkeep spikes later on. RP is variable, doesn't need much work, seeing you have such low AP. Remove shields, place in more weapons. The rest depends on your goals and plans, but getting better hulls would be a good investment.

Thank you! (: Would Large/Extremely Rich or Large/Very Rich arti planets be worth taking? They're the best arti planets I've scanned so far. And I'll definitely work on the hull!

yeah, take those planets if they are arti worlds, get purely production out of them. reason being, if someone else wants them, theyre more then likely going to be a much higher rank and anything you put on them, wont be challenging to them.
for mining worlds, ONLY very large toxics will do. rich or better
for research. massive and rich or bigger and richer will do.. odds are youll find a lot of gas worlds that fit the bill, and maybe if youre luck a metallic or two, they usually also have mining on them if you want to dual produce (not what i would recommend, but its an option)
