| Post subject: | Harvest Buff Bonus? |
I just scanned a planet which has this under the planets production tab for mining. "Systematic Harvest Buff Bonus:21%" I don''t see anything in the structues list that would give this bonus. So what is it and where can I get one? Thanks |

Thanks Its a Universal Service Terminal buff, that increases your entire mining production by 10% for 8 hours. |
