new holday item ability.. does it have charges?

 i looked, have 2 installed, and it doesnt say charges anywhere..

I believe it will work like the harvest shields.

couldn't figure out how to 'activate' the module, but then i went to the hull section and voila.

I think the reason there are two of them is so you can use one, then the other without having to wait twenty hours. Not sure though, as I haven't purchased them yet.
