Can items like the seasonal hull artifact be bought while under rank 50 to be installed later, or do you have to be level 50 to purchase? I would like to buy a pair, but I wanna get all my blue badges done before I start leveling (currently at 32) |

You should be able to purchase the modules, but you'll be unable to install them until you reach Rank 50. |

They can be purchased at any rank, the requirement is just to have them installed. I ran into the same issue with the Harvest Shields when I purchased them at ranking 44, and had to quickly rank to 50 to install those. |
