ok, so according to the wiki this turns a planet into a Massive Exotic with 13x Megarich in everything. does this mean if i use it on a very tiny very sparse barren planet that it will be converted? or will it be a very tiny exotic with 13x megarich? |

It becomes a massive 13x mega rich no matter the planet. This artifact requires the use of 10 seperate terraformers though and can only be gained once through a mission unlocked at rank 50(I think). |

It's called "The Terra Project". 10 steps to complete, need to turn in a normal terraformer for each step. Takes a while. I've only found 3 so far, no bonus Hypers. |

make sure the planet you use it on has not been scanned by any other ships, or you me be in for a big surprise.... |

Since we've really only got one chance to get it right, this is my own plan for using it. Find an unscanned volcanic rock, use 7 eruption channelers on it first, and make sure I have Cloaking Satellite tech ready at the minimum. |

That's my plan too, but I'm thinking of using it on a planet with a Volcanic heat Seeker, hoping the effect will still be doubled. |
