So im rank 160+, with only 1617 research per hour. I want to know if there is some lind of way to up research without going kronyn, which i am going to do. Thank You for all advice. I have 8 empty slots with +8s.

Get +10's quick! And colonize some banging research planets. 8 empty slots is a lot for your level, and if you have planets that are pushing out less than 100 production/hr at this point, you may wanna consider abandoning them or something..

Umm.. seems like it turned into a seeing who is better in research thread. Okay, about the ctp way, im out of ctp, and scan more planets, way... on hyperfluxes, hut before those need deep core neutornium, and en nullifiers, and intra-Ds and wormholes. So my list is long becuase of my low research, but thx for the advice, ill see if i can get something from a RL friend's next scan run, lol.

The only advice I have i try to go on a scan run and try to grab the best research planets, being in a legion with a lot of saboteurs really helps to take those planets (might look like subtle bragging coming from the guy in a legion with 7 other saboteurs but it's true, it really does help).

I have a 15x mega, vm gas with a very inactive ish owner. It has been in brick mode for 14+ days, when i am sab, im sabing somethng every few hours and taking it, but... i do have a few okay arti planets, do u think i could sell those?

Artifact production is pretty important as well...

Try to fill your empty planet slots with the best research planets you can. Do a scan run and see what you get. See if anyone in your legion is willing to share some good research planets with you. Try to buy some on the forum if you have the ctp. If you have any good enemy owned planets that have high research, invade. Get your legion to help you. I'm sure they would be happy to do so.

Make sure that you are squeezing every drop of research out of the planets that you already have. Go through your artifact and mining planets and see if any of them have half decent research. If you find any that you aren't exploiting with artifact structures like warp gate, spy uplink, relay tower, etc. then put them up. High artifact planets will sometimes also have good research. I don't know if your CT Lab has found the DM79 Data Centre, but building a few of those and placing them on your best research planets will help.

While your Kronyn idea could be useful, you could consider going Vygoid. It will give you an immediate 20% boost to your research, and might also give you a small boost from whatever your research your base gives out. The base Cyborg Data Channel ability gives an extra 2% research per Vygoid and Zolazin member. That depends on your base point output though.

you have a few more options you could use as well

join a legion
you could easily get 24K recearch or artifact points pr day if the legion have a level 5 base, or around 50K points pr day if they have a level 6 base

artifacts points = Android Scientist (that give you +4 recearch each time you get one) and other usefull artifacts
extra recearch points will help you get to production 10/12 structures and the other recearch a lot faster


hunt NPC's
each time you kill a Rogue LabPod you get Planet Data Optimizer = +1 level in recearch production on one off your planets, but they are not as easy to find as Blade Harvester

the Sha'din AI Matrix (10 players boss) will give you Sha'din Grid Network (size 1, recearch +2), but you can help kill thos from rank 125 - 600 if you join a NPC hunting legion

and at Rank 175, you get the Decrypting the Vault mission, that gives you Rogue Data Analyzer on your scanner
each time you kill one, you get 200 recearch points - they wont give you mutch recearch pr energy at low rank, but once you gain a few 100 more ranks they will be quite easy to kill

arti is important but until your natural holding is 4k + its not work doing anything with.

get nothing but RP planets up to about rank 50, then do mining / RP switch off, dont take an AP planet till rank 100, or later, start building it then.

i like peopole who are self reliant I dont mind helping a low level out, but im not going to fund your ship for you, i may as well have a second account if im gonna do that.
