Post unocc planet with effects
IF a planet with effect is abandoned, will it retain the effect? And will it show when ppl see it on their (unocc) planet info ?

If it's abandoned, once it's be recolonized the planet effect will return (refresh your planet tab after). 2nd, no it won't show on the planet's info, won't show the planet's effect.
