1. If you do not log in into galaxy legion in 3 days , the upkeep cycle will stop. Is it true ? 2. So, if you are governor and do not log in in 3 days or more, your upkeep stop and the governor effect for 3x event also stop ?

1st question. No. Your upkeep will stop once you've gone inactive.

Yes, it stops after 3 days. I do not know if this ties into the Events or not. Here is the update regarding upkeep: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16424

It's probably only after 3 days, unless you have some evidence to the contrary. For example, the CT Lab will say you can only use it if you "have been Loyal for 7 days". Following your understanding (which I do agree with), that would mean being a member for 2 weeks - 7 days after becoming Loyal. However, that is not the case.

Dan clarified this a long time ago (I missed it myself thanks to sketchy net). It's after 3 days. Period. Not 3 days after becoming Inactive.

Quote: Ships will no longer be required to pay upkeep after 3 days of being inactive The wording seems to deceive us into thinking it after 10 days

Actually this stopgap is glitched or simply not functioning at all. I know for a fact that there are multiple people that have gone on hiatus, with over a trillion credits banked, and come back with no credits left, and everything broken, despite months of inactivity.

It is a new thing introduced not long ago, maybe 2 months? Situations such as what you have just described are exactly why he implemented the change according to my understanding.
