1. Dan is the information according to which if the scanning power is lower than the cloak of a planet then the planet is un-scannable still current ? 10k cloak*legion bonus makes any and all cloak buildings/passive/active effects redundant.
2. Dan, are there any plans in the works to be able to remove (mission) artifacts (i.e Chron Shifter) from planets? It was suggested in a thread and I think you found the suggestion worthwhile. At cost, obviously. The reason for the question is that if that won't ever happen then there's no point in keeping those on the planet since their bonus is trifle compared with the 10k.
3. A more general question. Does the metallic planet targeted by the Dyson Transformer keep it's size ? More precisely, do I need to use it on a Very Massive metallic or I can use it on any size and it gets enlarged to Very Massive ?

1. Yes. That's the idea. They're effectively immune to be scanned, for now.
2. If you don't want them on it then demolish them.
3. Use it on the crappiest mettalic you can find. It becomes a colossal with 48X mega resources.

My question was if the artifacts in question will become "removable". As in pulled out for reuse. Dan answered in another post. Don't demolish them if you plan to by the way.
