QSE and HT

 What ways is there to get an HT and/or QSE after one manage to finish those 2 missions?

but you can get more QSE!! you just have to be really lucky or spend some GP.

Actually you can buy the QSE. It is 50 GP, have not heard of someone getting it as an artifact shipment. The Hyper-terraformer is a one shot.

I've heard of some of my legion mates get a QSE but it is so rare I figure it'll take me well over a year to finish the mission unless I spend $ to buy them.
