i love hacking so what i was wondering is is there a way to make you chances of success in hacking better other than being a hacker?

no you can use a combo of artifacts and drops as well as your best scanner and jammer tech
so drop some guns add on your best scanner and cloak and then pop a tachyon cylinder a subspace seeker a dark pyramid and a continuum beacon ,
then when ya still find that one in tab that ya just cant get pop him with a flare and a positron clouder and hack away

There are several ways:
Race/profession-Some races and professions provide bonuses to cloak/scan/hacking ability.

Artifacts-Shadin Algorithm And cloaking artifacts

Modules-All modules that add cloak and scan give you better hacking.
