A guy in my legion changed his in-game name with it. Is it viable for everyone or just the old players that had somethingaliassomethingthathappenedsixmonthsago ? I'm asking because I got three out of the daily bin draw and they just sit there. Might just as well use one to change my name into something more fierce to scare off foes or something.

I assume it's like the Glaviz Device, in which case it lets you change your name if you started before they allowed nicknames, otherwise it doesn't. For example, I used my first Glaviz Device and got to change my name, because I'd started near the beginning, but when I used my second one I could not, because I'd already gotten to pick a nickname. I'm assuming it's the same.

I have only gotten one and assumed they were just the New Years day reward... does this mean there is a chance to continue to get these forever now? If so I would say WOOOOOOOOPPPPPPEEEEEEEEE!

Thought as much. The guy in my legion had his RL name as his in-game name. It would be nice if you could do what you and him did (i.e. pick a nickname) as many times as you use a glaviz, sphere or paid change race/profession. I know it's nothing deep, meaningful or game breaking. Just for the lulz.
