Just a quick one, cause there is no sab's in our legion to ask.

When you use the sab ability on a planet, does the structure destroyed, stay destroyed until it is 'repaired/replaced' by the owner?

Since that link doesn't actually tell you, if the structures stay destroyed... the answer is yes, the structure is permanently destroyed from the planet, and if/when you invade, you have to replace it, should you wish to do so.

lol, i don't think anyone was disputing the meaning of the word "destroy"... we all know what it means

even the OP understands that the structure is destroyed, he/she just wanted to know if it was a permanent destruction, which was a simple yes or no answer.

to put an end to somethings existence sounds fairly permanent

lol indeed it does.

I'm not disagreeing with your stance, i was just stating that the link you posted didn't say if it was permanent or not, which was the question posed. :D

lol not really, just shows that people spend far too much time posting links to answers that require a simple yes or no answer, and then choose to make a larger overall point when someone calls them on doing that.

Structure go boom. When structure go boom it no be fixed. When structure go boom the little tiny pieces need to be swept up and a new structure need to be built.

Thanks all for the answers (esp kirkeastment's) but greaful for even the troll'y ones. Was wondering due to the fact that there is a cooldown using the sab ability, would a structure auto rebuild after the 8 hour cooldown or not, prob should have made that clear at the start lol

The cooldown is there so you don't go about the universe sabbing planets to your hearts content and stealing everything that isn't bolted down.

side note, if your a member of a race that has the ability to increase a resource production, using the sab ability also resets that timer as well.

Post subject:  Re: Sab Question

So using a sab would reset the Trellith Influence ability back to 24 hours mmmmmmmm assume Vice versa would also be the case if you use Trellith Influence sab cooldown resets ??

Post subject:  Re: Sab Question

Not Trellith, no. Trellith is not a race ability, it's just an un-locked ability.

Maybe, but around here Habitation Modules seem to spontaneously generate on legion alerted/occupied planets...
