I'm level 58 and just opened: Heavy Graviton Shearer Attack +102
A few (not sure how many) levels ago, I got a Light Phase.. I've only researched to Ion, so I was quite happy with both.
Dunno if I got lucky on one or both.

I got a Heavy Phase and I had only researched to Light Ion, I'm Lovin it! I took out a ship with no shields in 2 shots, (lvl 22) yeah big maintainance cost but, takin proverbial names!
