If you destroy your base's CTLab and then build another one, do you keep all of the discoveries that you had or do they reset?
A friend of mine says that he destroyed one and rebuilt it and nothing reset but I distinctly remember reports of a legion doing exactly this when the medals came out so that members could get the CTLab medal.
Can anybody confirm which is true?

From what I know, everything comes back if it is destroyed and rebuilt.
