If you uplift its research high enough before using the arti then yes I believe both artifacts and mining production will get boosted. |

I can't look for it right now, but someone made a post saying that it doesn't work if the planet is above 18x, I believe. You'd probably want to look for that. |

you can use the forum search feature for 'chthonian' viewtopic.php?f=4&t=36287&p=373723&hilit=chthonian#p373723 this post was made on tuesday, so you could have easily browsed back in the forums as well. |
