Post subject:  Governor profession
Does this profession increase the chance of getting ALL planetary effects including analysable ones (moons, rings, ruins)

Im presuming yes because it says Players will be notified automatically during random events when planets have something available to analyze.

Im asking for a legion member.

Yes, all events are 3x more likely to happen. You should note the likelihood of the event occurring, however. (3.00)(0.0001) = 0.0003, which is merely an example, but shows you what little difference Governor can actually make.

For reference, I colonized 99 planets as a Governor and didn't get any permanent events.
