Post subject:  the best race and prof for pvp?
so i was looking around on the wiki and seen a few that look like they could help my

Aerlen / Fixer
30% def / hull 30%

Konqul / fixer
20% atk / hull 30%

konqul / raider
20% atk / raiding 30%


any others?, i don't know what to choose :/

Konqul / fixer

No need for raider in PVP if you've got enough AP/h to have a healthy crew count

Konqual fixer. Raiders only real boost is if your legion does a lot of rank 6s and you dont get very high places and arleans not much use if your going on the offensive

Well if you're hitting gemini cannons just go Konq/Exca

Konqul Fixer or excavator.

Aarlen fixer is defense mode, so is Lazuli fixer. If you want to kick butt, do Konqul.

If you have a high artifact production, be an Excavator. The extra AP will get you more brakets and prisoners and other good stuff.

It really all depends what you want out of your PvP experience. If you dont want to be killed, Lazuli Fixer or Xecti Fixer for sure! If you want to kill people more efficiently, go with Konqul. Your profession with Konqul also depends on what you want, to cost your attacker a bit more energy when killing you, (although, if someone wants to kill you anyhow they will, why I stay away from Fixer.), or Excavator, which will infinitely help improve your arti production to grow your ship faster. In the long run meaning more durtanium brackets, Xcharge cells, android helmsmen, and most importantly rescued prisoners!

Overall, my personal opinion from experience is Konqul Excavator for killing people efficiently and growing your ship. For being a b!$#& to be taken down, Xecti Fixer for LSB's, and Lazuli Fixer for MSB's/SSB's.

well im going to try for the leaderboard, so killing others s most likely needed :), but my artifact production is truly terrible, being a excavator wil make very little difference

Truly terrible is the word. Konq/Exc still, and holycrapyoubettergetthatup.

I've been an Aerlen and Konqul type of player my whole game time. I went Aerlen Fixer early game, about rank 1-190, with 3000~ Player Kills and only 60~ Deaths from Players. From rank 194 and on, I've used Konqul Excavator as my main PvP race/prof. Started multi-raiding weeks after hitting the top 10 leaderboards and put a "target" on my self since... 428 Deaths from Players and counting. If you're looking go for the leaderboards, you will need a lot of work to get there. It'll be a marathon, not a sprint. It'll take time but anyone can reach the leaderboards. Overall I would say Konqul Excavator/Fixer is much more efficient than the other races. Go Aerlen Excavator/Fixer if you don't want to get "targeted".

thanks for the info :), after ive got a few of my planets mining up ill change :)
