KK guys my bad i think i figure it out how that rank 1 pays for the base upkeep.. right after i posted this thread on the forums.. Watch this:  and then  and then  and thennnn poor rank 1 is all by him self all over again stuck with the upkeep  Its a lonely place to be left all alone in this galaxy.. i would say for 100% that is a multi account there holding the base down so they do not lose it

Not just holding down the base, but soaking up AP too. Hence strength of over 2k at Rank 1. I imagine WW3 drops in to feed the base credits. And maybe pick up loot from his multi  _________________

i was told that its WW3 sister or girlfriend and she just looks after it for him, he pops in and out to pay upkeep somtimes
level 5 or 6 arty base

If you have no evidence that it is a multi then leave it alone. suspicion and proof are not the same thing
