I wasn't sure whether this should go into Beginner's Hub or in another area but the question is after 8 NPC slots does the game still allow for more due to entities and mission NPCs.
I will probably find out when i get the last 2 NPC slots but thought I would ask here also.
Thanks,
Johnson

Yes, if you have 8 standard slots, a planet entity, Attiroth repair ship, etc will temporarily add a 9th, 10th, etc slot.

Note that while npcs which do not expire (e.g. mission npcs or entities) will expand your npc slots, as soon as what was filling the "standard" npc slots dies, the npcs shift up to reduce the overall number of slots.

So an entity will spawn in space 9, but after the others expire you will spawn 7 other npcs, and the entity will be in space 1. It is possible to have a bt full of entities and see no regular npcs if you don't disable them.

Correct. doesnt usually matter seeing as most mission rewards npc's are easy to kill, same with entities. TO Hyperseeker does take a little while long as your want 3 people on it, but you generally have spare slots for npcing
