I was looking at the enemy occupied planets in my list, and came across this : My queries : What is the effect from, and more importantly, how do I get it? |

These structures are upgraded structures, by the means of "Trellith Structural Energizers," from mission #4 of the Trellith Chain. The Trellith Chain begins with "Unfamiliar Remnants." Furthermore, each of the upgrades (20 are available) have the ability to upgrade a built structure (cannot upgrade artifact chassis) by 50%. It is highly suggested that these upgrades only be used on +12 artifact structures, and saved for maximized/invincible planets (Mission Exotic, Mission Dyson, Rifts, Chronofield Projector) http://galaxylegion.com/wiki/index.php/ ...
