The Uldri Expanse (Rank 50+):
Deep within the Slip-Fields, VARA identifies debris belonging to the Ventar. Although it is clear that the Ventar was not destroyed in that location, its current course leads to a region significantly more dangerous. Amongst the pieces, VARA also recovers a Ventar data module, and works with the crew to repair it.

Chapter 5: Slip-Field Debris
We're approaching yet another debris section within the slip-fields. These particular fragments are small, but I have confirmed they originated from the Ventar. They could not have traveled far, as these pieces were once part of their primary engine.

Cost Per Round: 100 Energy + Planetary Time Vortex
35 Rounds, daily mission, can be completed 10 times.
Reward: 190 experience + Ventar Field Collapser

Activated Ability (2 Charges): Field Collapse (+70% Attack for 1 month)
Limit 1 per planet.

Scrap Value (ea): 1-2 Complex Tech Parts

Ventar Field Collapser- planet structure- size 1, arti 1, research 2 cloak +10%. Activated ability, +70% attack for 1 month, 2 charges.

Yay! Another 1:1 AP structure! The only saving grace on this thing is the 10% cloak. +70% attack for an activated ability? Almost seems like Dan is letting the RNG determine them now...

The Ventar Field Collapser can be upgraded by a Trellith Structural Energizer or at least the button was there for me to upgrade it when i was upgrading a +12. I haven't actually upgraded one myself

Many artifacts will show the +50% button, but when you click the button, it will say the structure is ineligible.

Yeh I have noticed that before on other structures, sucks then that it doesn't actually work on them

It's just like many non-extractable structures show extract but can't be extracted. funny how that goes, isn't it?
