Wanna check with the regulars to see what their thoughts are. It takes 12(quite a lot) greens to upgrade a +4 to +8. Granted, the 1:1 arti structure is not super exciting but at least the greens can be spent elsewhere. I'm leaning towards only upgrading +4 to +8 on maxed toxic/irradiated. |

Nope. Once you have whatever you need from greens, the best thing to spend them on is the new artifact structure. |

It used to be, but as said above, now that a new arti structure is available, that will be the thing to buy now. |
