The Uldri Expanse (Rank 50+):
After a careful decision, energy pulses are fired at the Ventar to prevent it from using technology that could collapse the Uldri Expanse. Shortly after, the weakened Ventar is destroyed from the stresses of the surrounding anomalies. The Uldrinan quickly learn of the plot, and secure its wreckage.

Though it is very unlikely that the Ventar's technology can be recovered, the events may influence the Uldrinan to share their own at some point...

Chapter 7: Solemn Reflections

We were successful in preventing the Ventar from collapsing the expanse, but I'm afraid their ship was lost in the process. There were no survivors. Three Uldrinan ships have also approached, one belonging to Keln. He is hailing us.

Cost Per Round: 100 Energy + Containment Cage
35 Rounds, daily mission, can be completed 10 times.
Reward: 190 experience + Uldri Recovery Capsule

Uldri Recovery Capsule
[Planet Structure - Size:1, Mining:2, Research:1, Population:500]
Can only be built on planets attacked in the last 48 hours. Once bult, structure can be upgraded after periods of calm.
Limit 1/planet

Scrap Value (ea): 1-2 Complex Tech Parts

Upgradeable 3 times:
Mark 2 upgrade: Adds +1 Artifact and +1,000 Population to the Capsule.
Planet must be calm for 1 week to use. Costs 5,000 Exotic Matter and 1 Charge.

Mark 3 upgrade: Adds +1 Research and +1,000 Population to the Capsule.
Planet must be calm for 1 month to use. Costs 10,000 Exotic Matter and 1 Charge.

Mark 4 upgrade: Adds +1 Artifact and +1000 Population to Capsule.
Planet must be calm for 2 months to use. Costs 20,000 Exotic Matter and 1 Charge.

Final Stats: Size 1, +2 Mining, +2 Artifact, +2 Research, +3,500 population

Planet structure: size 1, research 1, mining 2, population 500.
Can only be built on planets attacked in the last 48 hours.
Once built can be upgraded after periods of calm. Limit 1 per planet.

Mission is 35 for a completion. 100 energy and 1 containment cage needed per round.

The Ventar was destroyed, the Uldri seized the wreckage, and we begrudgingly got crappy planet mods as a thanks.

Moral of the story? Next time vote genocide. ^_^

Mark 2 is already nice:
Planet Structure - Size:1, Mining:2, Research:1, Artifact:1, Population: 1500
anything plus as Mark 3 or Mark 4 will make it even better.
So why again: "crappy planet mods"
I thought majority is looking for best planet structures, to boost AP and thus their ships.
Not only to - boost the ship directly.

ehm, I did NOT response only to your post ODragon :) that is why the quote of crappy mod.
and yes, it can not be on mission planet, but what about dysons? or project planets similar to once create few months back by Hallucination.

I have to agree about these recent planet mods.. I REALLY hate that they can only be used on planets attacked within the last 48 hours.. Most of us keep our best planets cloaked/fluxed and it's those planets that we would want to put these on, not to mention the mission planets..

Very often there's a final mission once the chain is archived - this might be the same way.

Sounds like a new race to me. I had a feeling saving the Ventar would unlock it as an ally, where's saving the Uldrinan unlocks them as a new race, but I guess we'll see.

I wouldn't mind another race that drops planet structure. The litheor probes are amazing but I will eventually not really need the probes except new planets.
Going back to Talth will be meh.
Konqul ehhh don't need more attack for NPCs

So this Tree is hoping for another race like litheor.
