Could I invade a planet with +12 artifact structures and use the trellith structural energizer artifact on the +12 arti structures if I don't have +12 artifact structures researched? |

The +12s won't work for you, although you could leave them there until you finished research. However it would be a gross mistake to use those on a non-invincible planet in the first place. Although I guess in your case you could be planning to make one out of it. |

Senatorhung sent me a pm with the answer. Just posting it here for future reference. Thanks for the answers guys.
