So i got disabled for my first time and was raided, but was only raided once so i'm curious can you only be hacked/raided once per time you are disabled or was the guy just being nice?

really gotta hit lvl 20 so i can get help when it happens as i don't have attack stats yet and i assume that scanners help me defend against being hacked and my research points mean more to me right now then anything....plus don't want to give up planet locations which can occur when i'm hacked if i understand that aspect a lil bit

Probably just being nice; if the person is disabled you can raid as many times as you want until the person's at zero raids (theoretically) and you can hack them down to zero as well, even if they aren't disabled.

You can be raided or hacked until your Actions equal zero. One disable and you can still be raided to 0.

I don't know what level 20 has to do with getting protection... Join a legion.

As the top 7th raider in the game. Usually I hit and raid once. If you are alerted then you can only be raided as much as your actions left remain >0. Your actions left increase for every successful disable, raid, or hack you do. Over time they decay away back to the 3-5-5 settings. Same thing as when the are lowered to 0-0-0 they will eventually go back to 3-5-5.

because until level 20 i can't send out an alert to my legion to see if someone can deal with him since i can't

well no need for him since he only raided once but if say someone raids me to zero i hope i can alert my legion so they can return the favor thats what i meant.

what do you mean by ACTIONS? that somthing like i dunno someone could raid me 15 times but in retalliation they could only be raided 15 times back?

and is actions a stat that is displayed somewhere?

Click on the SHIP tab, then click on VIEW SHIP STATS, you will see the action tab in the pop up window.

Go to your ship tab then view ship stats. There will now be a tab called actions that lists the actions left to do to your ship. If you perform a hostile act against another ship all 3 of your action stats go up by 1 so technically you can get retaliated 3x for every act you do roughly plus the base 3,5,5.

Go to your Ship tab, click SHIP STATS on the lower left. You'll get a pop out that looks like the ones on enemy ships. You will then see a tab that says ACTIONS.

You can disable someone and then raid them until Raids=0 on their previously discussed ACTIONS tab.
