Post subject:  2014 Valentine's Event: The Q-Pedds

Scientists experimenting with robotic A.I. "companions" made an unfortunate error in the bots' affection algorithms, causing these "Q-Pedds" to rebel and flee in nearby science transport ships. The Q-Pedds took much of the related equipment with them.

To those that may detect any roaming Q-Pedd ships: seizing back this equipment is of great importance.

Seems like you can do this medal whenever as long as you have the ship mod.

Yeah, you can install it next year if you want. All you need is to install it, activate it, and disable. You can unistall after you use the ability if you really wanted to. Bit harder for people with unlockable races(some of them are much harder).
