If I was you I would use that low damage cap to your advantage and become a SSB (Small Ship Build). I would also, instead of weapons or other module, concentrate my decks on percentage bonus module, hull module, stacking module and allies as they give great bonus for low amount of decks or simply make you harder to kill. To compensate the lost attack from the removal of the cannons I would instead add Tactical Officers (which you should be adding anyways) and use the rank point from rank up in engineers.

A SSB can be a great ship but it require a high Artfiact per hour, in other words increase your artifact production and concentrate your planet colonization and invasion on artifact world that can produce a decent amount (I would strongly advise planets that can produce 150 AP/H at the minimum).

1. Add more hull.

Your ship appears to not have enough hull for the decks you are using and people can deal max damage to your ship very easily.

2. Drop the guns and add more defense.

You are a glass cannon and you are an easy target for people with high defence and little attack.

3. More tactical officers and engineers.

A ship full of random mods that don't give good bonuses for the decks used is a waste of space and leaves you wide open to max damage dealers. In your case it's 102 damage per hit because you have 204 decks.

4. Get your artifact production up.

More artifact production = a better crew. In the end, a better crew overshadows many mods that use up decks. Think of it as your crew slowly and surely becoming your main weapons in offensive and defensive battles with time.

If your current legion allows you to acquire silver badges begin saving up for your BM50 convoys. It will require 90 silver badges to get all 3 of them.

If you already have at least 30 silver badges drop a Heavy Singularity launcher and replace it with a BM50 Convoy shuttle. Then remove the T.O. Harmonic Pulser x2 as they provide almost no benefit with the amount of shields you have at your rank. Switch your hulls to 3 Q-Phased Plating. Now all of your decks should be in use and providing you a tangible benefit. As you add more decks upgrade your hulls back to Overcharged Q-Phase Platings.

By doing this you lose about 249 attack, gain 100 defense, and increase your hull by about 332. Doing these things will make you slightly less likely to be disabled while you are away from the game, and make your ship more evenly built.

After doing that the minimum amount of energy an attacker spends to kill you just because of your hull modules is going to be 70 energy. The strongest ships in your range( only people rank 127 and below can see you on the battle tab as of the current moment) MIGHT be able to accomplish that feat, but they would need over 3k attack do so. Most of the others will likely spend quite a bit over 100 energy on you making you far less appetizing.

I would also suggest working on getting all 5 hulls online full time ASAP for the same reason. If you don't already I suggest having an "away" mode, and an active PVP mode for your ship. The away mode should consist of all 5 hulls, enough energy modules to keep you from capping while away, and the best defense modules available to you filling what remains. If you have yet to begin researching the defense tech tree I suggest you get on that it becomes important if you don't go the SSB route.

If you don't already know an SSB is a ship build that utilizes the games damage cap mechanism in order to make themselves difficult to kill in PVP by having a high ratio between their hull and damage cap. The calculation for damage cap is either (Rank+19)/2 OR Decks/2. For your current rank the minimum damage cap is (76+19)/2 = 47.5 which gets rounded up to 48. Your current damage cap is 204/2 = 102. A true SSB will try to stay at Rank+19 decks or close to it at all times.

Also it is a good idea to try to get all 3 protean arsenals as soon as possible. They have one of the better hull/deck ratios in the game providing 600 hull for a mere 24 decks so they are nearly twice as effective as what you currently have.

Most importantly just try to have fun and enjoy the game.

Well it was an ill considered idea in the first place.
