Is it possible to alert a legionmate's rift that you have on scan?

Why do you say that? A Rift is just another planet, other than being Invincible, there's nothing special about them. Invincible does not mean Unalertable, it just means you can't attack, arti or invade one.

You cannot alert enemy owned Invincible planets.

technically i suppose the answer is yes, they have 10k passive cloak though so your scan is going to have to be darn high

They cannot be scanned. From the artifact description: "Makes the planet immune to enemy attacks and scans"

So... you could potentially crit hack someones rift. Just like the guy who got Exotica on scan by crit hacking it.
