The question came up in my legion today about what happens if you just leave your base disabled. I can't recall ever having read this on the forums and I can't find the information on the wiki.

Does anyone know? Does it just repair itself? Can you collect resources?

In a way yes. Your base repairs ever so slightly, and will fully repair when locked again.
