Yes, all fortnightly missions are later archived and available as normal missions. Any completions done while they are limited will be saved, so you will not redo any progress you have made (even if you didn't fully complete a mission).

The Easter event will probably start about 2 weeks before Easter, but we don't know for sure.

New Legion Missions are coming out every other Saturday it appears, although of course you might not get them any time soon because they're random.

We don't know when anything else is happening.
