You forgot to mention how much upgrade(sheild/hull) you get per level and a possible upgrade chart

It's a 2% increase with rank. Mine's at rank 3 right now, and has hull of 125.
Rank 1: 120 hull/shield Rank 2: 120*1.02 = 122.4 = rounded down to 122 hull/shield Rank 3: 120*1.04 = 124.8 = rounded up to 125 hull/shield
etc...
Scan kicks in at rank 30, so will be a base increase of 50*1.6 = 80, before increasing at 1 per rank Def is a fixed increase of 5% at rank 60.

Anybody know what the Bio-Con Aspect ability is? I've looked in threads on the fora and on the wiki and haven't found anything about it.

I used to reluctantly hit the Assassins, now I'm much more motivated to clear them from the BT. My ship isn't particularly strong, so it takes me 12-13 hits to kill one.

There are enough things to do with dark badges, that it will be a long, long, long, long time before there needs to be another use for them. I would have much preferred any other badge color (except perhaps yellow) for this new ally.

Hit them with a Drannik Saboteur, it'll save you some energy and get you more dark badges with less effort. if you need some let me know i have plenty

I do believe it is possible for someone to have maxed this ally already. Minimum for timer is 82 and a half and it is 85 days from release by my count now. So... anyone know?

It's been 54 days since release.... April 5th(30 days in April, so 26 days)(28th may so 28 days) = 54 days.
