I also suppose the next question is does it work on NPCs that are legion mission related, seasonal, and elites/bosses?

I should say nice... but it is.... not to be expected, and need some clarification on what is meant by 'standard' (yeah, I know 'standard', but I wondered if it includes 'matched' NPCs....) If it only damages standard NPCs, chances are those 2000+ will only have Flamehawks to bomb at I wish this will affect LM NPC too

Standard NPC's equates to any NPC that can't be alerted or is not special in any way, often labelled as such; Quote: Dark Runner V 3353 Standard / Common 100% Stable Bralkir Vicar/Ritualist are "Special" NPC's, so they're out. LM NPC's are either "Special" or "Legion Mission" NPC's, so they're out. The best NPC to use this ability on to date, is the Dark Mass Carrier. Other than that, your next best two are the Crimson Scythe and RSL Confinement Center. Now i saw someone say, no badge cost or energy cost, so woohoo. I am however curious as to whether it used any Raix, CTP, EM, XTS-9, Political Favour or any other consumable.

No I said its worth 400 energy maximum to those under rank 2200 because with 8 standard ships odds are it would take at maximum 55 energy each for a 400 energy saving by using this

Shouldn't this one be doable with the megaweapon? It could be, but it "shouldn't" be, as it is a LM NPC.

Well I'm not going to get excited about special "abilities" anymore... For the work that had to be put into that raix megaweapon, I think that is pretty useless.
Edit: 592k energy spent so far and what do we have to show for it: "Attack +235 Cloak +137 Energy +137" and "Attack +270 Invasion Attack +750 - with an ability" All for total of 6B upkeep each day. All so we can save a few hundred maybe 1k energy every 20 hours?
