I collected several shipments throughout the day without selling them to observe what type of minerals I would seem to get the most of. I got every type of mineral of course. I didn't get very much low end minerals like Dynite, Chrisium, and darrinyte, I got a decent amount of high end ones, but the shipments were definitely weighted more toward Hydium, Erixion, and Pawlacite, the middle range minerals. When I was around rank 100, if I remember correctly, the shipments would seem to be more so weighted to the lower minerals. I am over rank 700 now so my questions are, does it ever get to the point where your shipments gravitate more so toward the higher end minerals like Dieteron thru Aidonium, and is it dependant on rank?

Once you pass rank 160, your at the maximum yield per unit of MP. It doesnt get any better after that.

i think i would want someone of much higher rank to verify that. rank 160 is when you START to receive aidonium in your pulls. the amount of aidonium i pull per shipment is definitely more than at 160, but whether it is a higher percentage i can't confirm.

i have noticed a seeming shift in the peak of the bell curve as i have ranked up, but since i am in the same rank range as the OP, my current peak at Erixion is the same as what he sees.

i used to lock dieterion to make sure i had enough for buildings. now i get enough in an hourly shipment that i do not need to. i have begun locking dynite though.

will there be a time when i need to lock chrisium as well ?

EDIT: details: Chrisium 556, Darrinyte 2496, Hydium 6765, Erixion 9404, Pawlacite 5201, Dieterion 516

Shipment of 540 Dysillon, 1927 Darrinyte, 3861 Pawlacite, 7387 Erixion, 5145 Hydium, 419 Chrisium, 407 Dieterion, Special: 401 Exotic Matter, 198 Dynite, 95 Kurenite, 23 Aidonium successfully loaded into cargo bay

Shipment of 3862 Pawlacite, 7296 Erixion, 5394 Hydium, 408 Dieterion, 415 Chrisium, 2005 Darrinyte, 533 Dysillon, Special: 428 Exotic Matter, 204 Dynite, 96 Kurenite, 26 Aidonium successfully loaded into cargo bay

so at rank 752 (averaged between 2 shipments):
dynite (1.00%)
chrisium (2.07%)
darrinyte (9.77%)
hydium (26.19%)
erixion (36.49%)
pawlacite (19.19%)
dieterion (2.03%)
dysillon (2.67%)
kurenite (0.47%)
aidonium (0.12%)

if someone posts with an hourly shipment from rank 500- and from rank 1000+, any trend should become clear ...

Dynite 568 (0.96%)
Chrisium 1210 (2.04%)
Darrinyte 5812 (9.78%)
Hydium 15520 (26.13%)
Erixion 21684 (36.50%)
Pawlacite 11744 (19.77%)
Dieterion 1152 (1.94%)
Dysillon 1364 (2.30%)
Kurenite 282 (0.47%)
Aidonium 65 (0.11%)

1 hours pull, 60k mining/hour rank 2894

so now, rank 160 and rank 159 would highlight the shift as aidonium shows up in the distribution ... Ghnzl's assertion seems to hold true at least up from 750 ...

If I recall correctly, the distribution curve gradually shifts toward Aidonium until around R300 when it settles centered on Erixion.
