Exotic matter seems to be doubled , usually I get around 1800ish an hour , got a shipment in and got 3700ish

drops from the base are Elios Stormburst Ray size 20 atk 100 energy 80
Powervault is planet artifact - Size:1, Mining:1, Artifact:1, increases mineral production capacity by 1000 units.

The base kicks the heck out of you too, with its debuff. I did not see any targetting icons so no way to target the pulser, so basically you get popped and your attack drops 60% which the effect can't be removed, and if you continue to hit it, this effect can stack.

Can you use improved mind influence or is it immune?

Edit: Nvm it is immune did not see the added info for the Elite on the first page

I almost wonder if that was a bug. if it can use all those abilities, I wouldn't think it would need to be separated into 3 sections. Why not just have shields and hull. Guess we'll find out though

You can target portions of the hull to stop its abilities once the shields are down.

Targetting icons show up once shields are gone, so for the first 100K you are toast..after that you can target the pulser

Noticed something interesting while PvPing.

Hit someone with 6 helios pulse effects on them, and it had their attack showing as -2000 something.

( Didn't think to get a picture before their halc kicked in. )

Edit : Still got them open, and I think the attack calculations are being funky. Used a spy probe, and it shows them as having an attack power of 44, which seems a little... bizarre.

-60% attack and stackable. nonremoveable

The combat figures show the stats minus TOs and helmsmen, so my guess is they have around 2k TOs.

16 effects currently on me, so a big fat 0 attack :)
