Hello all, im trying to get down all the defence and attack percentage providing planet structures so far I have

Attack:
Lazuli dark mines/mine cluster
Sarkonis omnipod
War foundry plant
Darmos Nerve turret
Scruuge hovertank
Heist dispatch station
Toxic processing plant
Luring Cryosone
Allari compound turret
Rikthars war forge
Hall of torment

Defence
Barrier nexis/hypernexus
Litheor transmutive locker
Temple of reflection
Lepus hatchery
Scruuge hovertank (again)
Upgraded dark null beacon
Galaxis entry port
T.O. omnispanner
Anti Grav repulsor
Cerulean flow converter
Galactic concord station
Sarknois headquaters

Population
Astrobiology ward
Cerulean hyperstation
Lepus gate
Argent consulate
Symbiont test lab
Vorean biostasis lab

10% Defense: Sarkonis Headquarters
15% Defense: Anti-Grav Repulsor

25% Attack: Hall of Torment
30% Attack: Hall of Extreme Torment

Technically not a structure but it can be added to a planet and kinda counts. Sorta.

if you're going to include non-structure additions that are not planetary effects, you will have to include:

Trade Outpost Intelligence - ALL production +4%
Diversionary Tactics - defense +33%
