| Post subject: | Merge legions? |
Started a new legion, and it is not picking up at the rate I had hoped. Posted repeated recruitments but still only has 4 members. The only options are to either disband the legion or merge with another. One other legion has proposed a merger. Is there a way to do this without having all the members quitting one legion and joining the other? Is there a way to make a smooth transition, and also keep all the base modules intact? |

You'll make up progress on the base soon enough being a part of a larger active group, so don't let the coordination hassle stop you from making the move. Got to know when to cut your losses. |

It's always good to be straight up with your legion members. Ask them what they want to get out of a legion and go from there. Keep them in the loop of all talks with other legions, soon enough you will notice what you all want to get out of a legion which will help narrow your potential choices. Focus on your goals in the game. Remember it is a game, so don't get too stressed out about merging with another legion and don't rush into it. Fly safe and relax it'll all work out

Fly safe and relax it'll all work out Good point, giving everyone whiplash with an out of the blue "Move to legion X" announcement and a sudden departure does nothing for loyalty, camaraderie or morale. |
