It can get another effect like rings or moons naturally though, as I saw one with both rings and ruins and one with both moons and rings, but this requires very good luck.

dont know about rings + moons but they can certainly have 2 of the non Reality Transfuserable effects, such as screen and caverns, and THEN you can have rings or moons if your dumb lucky or use a Reality Transfuser.

Here are a couple screenshots. These aren't my planets but I saw them posted elsewhere. Here is the first one with rings and a moon:

Here is a second with rings and ACR:

It is actually possible to get all three effects (rings, ruins, and one type of moon category), but this requires luck unheard of. Or you could abandon every one of your planets but one and switch to governor to better your chances ;)

I see rings, caverns, a small moon, and I believe lush biosphere, but I thought that was only possible to get on terras or gaias. This isn't rifted from a gaia because the max it could be would be 38X MR. Idk, can dysons get lush biosphere?

Just an FYI, the upper limit used to be 48x for terraformers guys/gals, so it is possible that someone had a 30x terra/28x terra(they gaia'd) from scanning/stealing an old planet from over 4 years ago.

second one nimrastus was my planet   but that first one i don't know whether it exist or not .. since i remember the owner that post in my thread remove it , link here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=36254
for the rift, some people said it was fake photoshop , or if exist, it was really old planet when GL started, lush biosphere can only come out on terra or gaia as i know , never found it at another planet
