Last summer, I traded with the Chu'hn for an Eye of Andromeda. Unfortunately, you have to be Level 200 to use it, and I was nowhere close to being Level 200. I'm Level 198 now, and I just want to double-check. The item text says that Inergon, Genetarr and Kronyn get a doubled energy bonus from it. I'm Human right now, in anticipation of hunting Harvesters for the medal. If I install the Eye two levels from now, will it still gain its doubled bonus if I later become one of the favored races, or are its properties set when it is first installed? |

I belive it works the same as data stream compilers, as in yes, if you later change to a race that gets the double bonus while you are that race it will provide the double bonus |
