I was hoping for the simple answer to avoid having to test...I'm currently saving up slots for the lone conqourer medal so an invasion that doesn't count towards that medal still adds an additional 4 ranks to get before the new year, when I plan to use my paradox generators to do all of my invasions at once and get the race change artis stockpiled. Cant speak for how much you NPC, but I have Terraforming Device (Uses Left: 35) from the last 4-5 days. looks like the Archotage Power Grid event isnt limited to colonizing a planet.... but you can also get it as a random event, atleast if you are Governor

Not sure why there is so much beyotching over the seasonal items. The base harvest arti is more than decent. 2k pop and some arti ...nice. The butterfly as i call it, is arti and cloak for 1 space...hellloo every world. The gridrunner is a nice ANY trade/create/seed planet arti. You cannot beat it, especially once upgraded. What do you want Dan to give you, plus 5 to all prod for 1 space?
Let's be real. The seasonals show both increase in strength and new flexible bonuses--more so for those of us with kriell fully ranked. If you don't like the new stuff, don't npc as much....the horror. Like the normal npc bonuses are so terrible...folds, caches, terraformers, etc.
I think Dan has provided a goldmine for the season, and expect Christmas will be no 'scruuge' pardon the pun.
