I guess some other people still didn't end up getting 3 hijackers? |

Here I was naively thinking that it got extended 1 day so that people who had gotten two would get the third and thus have equal shot. At least the NPC medals like the gifts you have some control, just keep NPCing til you finally get the things but with this, not predictable at all if not governor. |

I got gifts of the mind and naughty and elements, but given how few NPCs I saw I wasn't overly surprised by that. I decided to get Thraacti mid-way through the season and have him ranked to 17 already, so in a few months I'll have a daily chance at the other three. Only a matter of time. |

they dont give gifts they give tributes so wont count towards medal I belive |

Ahh, too bad. Well, this was my first scruuge event since I started playing so not the end of the world. I'll hopefully get more Scruuge NPCs next year. |

You counted how many Vicars you got? I realise that but even if it was 50/50 (I'm sure it was majority Hubs) it's still unlucky to get not a single xeocore. |
