it a NPC drop....
and you cant buy them on the GP marked

dont trust wiki 100%, theire are a few "errors" even on the GL page

someone probarly did an edit, and confused them with Q-Pedd Emotion Simulators.....
those are GP ship systems only

It looks like the error had been fixed in wiki. If anyone finds errors in wiki, you can report them on forums and we will edit and fix. May not be 100% perfect but we will try to get it as accurate as possible.

not to be rude, but defense wont help you....the people who you want to defend against have so much power adding a marginal defense is a drop in the bucket...and scan...holy crap, we get extrea scan like every few months....people can already repeatedly scan in the low 20's now with no limited artis....
cloak is one of the few things you CANNOT just elect to keep growing, you have to wait and grab the nuggets when they appear....

Gonna stop you right there sunshine.

If you get a percentage boost for defense, yah, that'd help out (even though we already get that with cuninculus).

And more scan is ALWAYS a good thing, cause people keep on adding CLOAK. To planets and themselves.

Cloak and scan go hand in hand with each other.

I'd love to see an ally with an ability similar to that of the temporal containment shell, which raised maximum actions before time manipulators can't be used.
