I've looked around the Forum but I haven't noticed much in the way of information about mulitple planetary effects. Is there any good way of getting multiple effects on a planet besides finding one with an effect and using an RT on it? |

I'd answer "be a governor" profession but you did ask about a GOOD way... Also note that the better permanent effects like moons and rings will negate your ability to use a RT on a planet. |

Thanks Triton, I was wondering if there was a tried and true method to getting multiple effects on a planet. the governor profession looks not so fantastic imo |
