 anyone know what is the lowest level where you can encounter a drone?

@Odragon does this mean i can tell everyone that was complaining about being to high rank to see NPCs to rank less, and complain less? 20% of active players are in my range so thats how many people that wouldnt bother hunting seasonals??? im just saying

Its not that hard math. The game is about leveling, even if one is doing it slowly. |
