anyone know what is the lowest level where you can encounter a drone? |

@Odragon does this mean i can tell everyone that was complaining about being to high rank to see NPCs to rank less, and complain less? 20% of active players are in my range so thats how many people that wouldnt bother hunting seasonals??? im just saying |

Its not that hard math. The game is about leveling, even if one is doing it slowly. |
