I only seen this planetary event 'Lush Biosphere' on Terra planets, do any know if it can be on any other planet types?

It can only be Terra or Gaia worlds.

OKay, now are certain planet types only get specific effects like what other effects can you get on a gas planet other than Stealth screen.

Some I believe would be limited. On a gas planet, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't expect to find subterranean caverns. Reactive barrier seems to be limited only to ecumenopolis or sentient planets. I have never seen a sentient or ecumenopolis with stealth screen and I do know that if you get one of those, you can't get the other, Stealth screen=no barrier and vice versa, just like small moon planets cannot then get Large moons through natural analysis, though they could still get rings AND Ruins on top of those rings but only if you have powerball-like luck Kinda expanded further on what you asked but maybe others can post what they've found other planets unable to get or other exclusive effects.

I have a sentient with a stealth screen but it is possible it was barren at the time it got it.

That's interesting. Surely that would mean then that if you used an RTF on it that you would then be safe from the possibility of reactive barrier occurring from the pool of possible events. That might be a good thing to note on barren planets then. If a barren gets stealth screen, that would make it a better candidate to use RTF on after it's transformed. than just any other barren.
