Some I believe would be limited. On a gas planet, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't expect to find subterranean caverns.
Reactive barrier seems to be limited only to ecumenopolis or sentient planets. I have never seen a sentient or ecumenopolis with stealth screen and I do know that if you get one of those, you can't get the other, Stealth screen=no barrier and vice versa, just like small moon planets cannot then get Large moons through natural analysis, though they could still get rings AND Ruins on top of those rings but only if you have powerball-like luck Kinda expanded further on what you asked but maybe others can post what they've found other planets unable to get or other exclusive effects.
