Ok so I've got a question. im trying to get a planet to 3749 passive cloak. I've worked out a way to get it there which would end up with 3749.52 passive cloak. Would this round up to 3750 thus preventing me from using another revision on the planet at 5000 or would it round down as 3749 so I can get to the 5249 passive cloak mark using revisions (or 7399 using a combination with the tenebris arti)

Rounds down from what i've seen,
looking at my planets, remembering exactly what i used to get passive cloak on them , all 3 rounded down, D.p being .3 ; .5 and .624
so ,pretty sure it rounds down. ( weird since everything else usually rounds up on GL )

Not really sure, but my suspicions are that it keeps the fractional values internally and what we see is just the integer portion. Whether it is rounded up/down/off or truncated makes no difference then as it would be whatever real number the server has calculated that counts. I've seen this behavior in other displayed values (e.g. attack, defense) and see no reason why cloak would act any differently.

I had a planet at 2805 cloak and used 2 magnetosphere chargers. I ended up at 3500 cloak and can't use another one. So from that I gather it rounds up or rounds to nearest integer and doesn't keep the fractional value hidden.
